We are so grateful to have had Cecily come train us on location as we learned so much. Cecily makes learning the protocols very easy and I am very confident in my ability to give an Ytsara facial and body treatment. The protocols have a very natural flow and are beautiful treatments. I have been diligently studying all of the ingredients and benefits of each ingredient too. The more I delve into your product line the more I fall in love with it. I am so lucky and glad to have you and your product as an essential part of my business. We are looking forward to our next training dates with Cecily.
From the moment I walked into the instructional room, the smell of the steaming poultices drew me in closer to the day’s purpose. Being in touch with herbs, the warmth, and the natural aspects of this treatment are clearly satisfying, calming and comfortable for the therapist as well as the client.
In speaking for myself and many other coworkers, we truly enjoyed the training for the Thai Poultice, the Turmeric body mask, and the Rejuvinating body mask at the Golden Door Spa in Puerto Rico in July 2011. Stephanie was wonderful, knowledgeable, calm, and patient in working with the large group of therapists, many who had no previous exposure to Ytsara. The products are wonderful and pleasant to work with. Thank you so much for being an available product line for our spa to have such wonderful and powerful treatments and products to provide at a wonderful spa for our guests.

I have experienced the Herbal Poultice Training with Cecily several times, once assisting her. Each time I have been impressed with Cecily’s knowledge and passion. Cecily offers extensive information about the history, products, techniques, and body mechanics invloved in this particular treatment. She is very organized, prepared, issues helpful handouts, and allows plenty of time for her demonstration and practice sessions. I learned more than I expected to from Cecily, as she generously shares her expertise.
I felt the staff at our spa benefited tremendously from the Herbal Poultice Training Class provided by Beauty Secrets. The course was packed full of useful information without all the wasted time taken up by self praise & needless autobiographical information, often given by instructors at seminars I have attended in the past. Our instructor had a comprehensive approach & excellent time management skills, so we were able to receive the full course content & have our questions answered. As the Lead Massage Therapist of the Spa at The Ritz Carlton Westchester, I would like to take this opportunity to give my feedback on the Herbal Poultice Training Class. The instruction presented was clearly and meticulously prepared and delivered.
The verbal presentation as well as hands-on instruction kept my team of massage therapists very interested and excited to learn as much as they could about this new and different kind of body therapy. The materials provided were all inclusive to one binder of approximately 25 pages. The information given was straight forward and easy to use as on-gong reference during practice.
Cecily has a genuine passion for her work and to the therapeutic Asian customs she has brought to the United States. Her high level of expertise and enthusiasm during her visit to our spa was unparallel. I feel her product is of extremely high quality. She has been consistent in keeping me informed of any other training programs or workshops that she holds throughout the year.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and was able to take the information and put it use immediately in my practice. I love the products, the way they smell, and react with the body are exceptional. The written information that I took home was clear concise and I still use it whenever I need to refresh my memory. and of course the best part of all this was meeting and being trained by you…you are the best!!! thanks for always being there whenever I have a question. In addition to the product knowledge about ingredients- which was really a highlight; we found new techniques that applied to not only the treatments trained, but that they have applied in other modalities to make them more effective and enjoyable for our spa guests. I believe that the most successful spas place a high value in training- Cecily was introducing an entirely foreign modality to the staff- which they embraced & were engaged.
